* 50-60 ml Baileys Irish Cream
* Fresh hot coffee

Create the drink in a thick, sturdy coffee glass. Put a spoon in the glass - add Baileys, then coffee and lastly the loosely whipped cream.

* 1 teaspoon sugar

* Slices of thinly sliced orange zest

* 1 cup of skim milk
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 1 1/2 cups of strong, fresh coffee
1. Brew your coffee strong. Blend the sugar and the milk and heat it for 1-2 minutes in your microwave.
2. Blend the heated milk + sugar mix in your blender for 1 minute or until a fluffy foam appears.
3. Pour the coffee into your cup, two thirds full, and top it off with the heated froth.

Ingredients
* 8 eggs, separated
* 1.5 pound sugar

Combine the egg yolks and sugar on top of a double boiler or in a bowl which just fits on top of but not in a saucepan of gently simmering water. Beat the mixture well with a rotary beater until it is very light and fluffy. Remove the pan from the simmering water and continue to beat until the mixture cools to room temperature. Stir in the whisky and coffee.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream until just stiff, fold it into the cooled egg yolk mixture and chill. Just before serving, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the eggnog. Serve in goblets or mugs, with nutmeg sprinkled on top of each.
