Ingredients * 1 cup of skim milk * 1 teaspoon of sugar * 1 1/2 cups of strong, fresh coffee 1. Brew your coffee strong. Blend the sugar and the milk and heat it for 1-2 minutes in your microwave. 2. Blend the heated milk + sugar mix in your blender for 1 minute or until a fluffy foam appears. 3. Pour the coffee into your cup, two thirds full, and top it off with the heated froth. Coffee CalypsoIngredients * 2.5 pints hot freshly made black coffee * 2 tablespoons rum * 2 tablespoons Tia Maria * 2 tablespoons Cognac * Whipped cream How to make Coffee CalypsoIn a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the cream. Strain, reserve the milk and put the coconut on a tray under a hot grill for 2 minutes until it is light brown. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Do not bring to boil. Pour into the glasses. Whip the cream. Spoon onto the hot mocha mixture and decorate with chocolate curls. Iced CappuccinoIngredients * 4-5 cups of strong coffee * 2 tbsp sugar * 1/2 cup of milk How to make Iced CappuccinoAdd sugar to coffee and let the mixture cool down. Pour into a pitcher and store in the fridge until ready to serve. Once it is cooled, add the milk. Serve over ice. You could use coffee ice cubes so your cappuccino doesn't get watered down. Orange Cafe MariaIngredients * 1 ounce triple sec or orange curacao * 1 ounce Tia Maria * 8 ounces hot freshly made black coffee How to make Orange Cafe MariaWarm a brandy glass and stir the ingredients into the glass. Peppermint Coffee CreamIngredients * 2 ounces white creme de menthe * 1 teaspoon sugar * 8 ounces hot freshly made black coffee * lightly whipped double cream * mint chocolate cut into thin slivers How to make Peppermint Coffee CreamWarm a brandy glass. Add the creme de menthe and the sugar. Add the hot coffee, stir well. Pour the whipped cream over a spoon onto the top of the coffee. Decorate with the slivers of mint chocolate.
