Christmas CakeIngredients: - 1 part brandy - 1 part Amaretto Di Saronno - 2 parts Baileys irish cream - 1 part ice cubes Directions: Mix all spirits into a glass and ice cubes and dust surface with a little icing sugar Christmas PunchIngredients: - 2 bottles champagne - 1 fifth white rum - 1 fifth whisky - 1 fifth brandy - 1/2 bottle benedictine - 1 quart Tea - 1 quart orange juice - 1/2 cup lemon juice - 1 1/2 cups sugar - 1/2 oz. angostura bitters - 1 Pineapple Slice Directions: Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except Champagne. Mix well. Add block of ice. Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently. Christmas shotsIngredients: - 1.5 oz. Midori melon liqueur - 1.5 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur Directions: This is a layered shot, for best effect use a tall thin liquer glass. Pour half shot Chambord first, then slowly pour half shot Midori over the back of a spoon into glass. If done correctly, you should have a layered red and green shot perfect for celebration, if not-a muddy brown mess. Christmas treeIngredients: - 1/3 oz. Creme de Menthe (green) - 1/3 oz. grenadine - 1/3 oz. Baileys irish cream Directions: Layer in shot glass use spoon to pour in liqur do not mix Christmas tree waterIngredients: - 1 part gin - 3 parts 7-UP Directions: Place one part dry gin in Cocktail Glass. Do NOT bruise the Gin! Carefully add two parts Sprite. Do NOT bruise the Sprite. Optionally, add a dash of cayan pepper for added flavor. Add 3 tablespoons of dry ice for that mystical, yet strangely, psycho effect. White christmasIngredients: - 1 oz. gin - 1 oz. milk Directions: Heat in microwave till warm. Drink! Christmas Elf's RevengeIngredients: 2 oz Luxardo white sambuca 1 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps 1 oz apple schnapps 20 ml ginger syrup 90 ml apple juice 1-inch cube ginger root 1 pinch cinnamon powder Directions: Crush the ginger root and add the ginger syrup, apple juice, sambuca and schnapps. Shake well and strain into a pina colada glass, which should be about half full of crushed ice. Add the goldschlager then sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the top. Serve with a slice of apple floating on the top, and a straw. Serve in Pina Colada Glass Grinch's ChristmasIngredients: 3 oz Skyy vodka 1 oz Midori melon liqueur 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur 1 oz sweet and sour mix Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass, and serve. Serve in Cocktail Glass Drunk on ChristmasIngredients: 3 oz Midori melon liqueur 2 oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey 1 oz apple schnapps 4 oz sweet and sour mix ice cubes maraschino cherries Directions: Mix and shake irish whiskey, midori, and apple schnapps with ice. Fill whiskey sour glass with ice. Strain mixture over ice in glass. Fill with sweet and sour mix. Garnish with several free floating maraschino cherries. Serve in Whiskey Sour Glass Black ChristmasIngredients: 1 1/2 oz black sambuca 6 oz eggnog Directions: Mix black sambuca into a glass filled with 6 ounces of eggnog. Stir, and serve. Serve in Old-Fashioned Glass Merry ChristmasIngredients: 1 bottle raspberry vodka 6 cans cranberry juice 1/2 bottle Absolut vodka 1 can Sprite soda Directions: Pour all ingredients (chilled beforehand) into a large container or punch bowl, preferably on top of another similar container filled with ice. Allow to chill. Serve in punch cups or tall glasses. Serve in Punch Bowl Christmas MartiniIngredients: 3 oz gin 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1 tsp peppermint schnapps Directions: Pour the gin, dry vermouth and peppermint schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a candy cane, and serve. Serve in Cocktail Glass |
