I'm recommending to download TimeCapsule for iPhone - app for backup all your staff on iPhone. TimeCapsule works really easy: choose what staff you want to backup and click 'backup', if you want to restore it - click 'restore'.

What kind of stuff you can backup with TimeCapsule:

Notes - database
SMS - database
Installer - sources
Maps - Bookmarks, History, Maps Cache
Call History
Safari - Bookmarks, History
Contacts - database
YouTube - video cache

TimeCapsule is in repository: http://repo.databinge.com

All backups are saved in ~/Library/TimeCapsule
